  • Milo and Friends Terms of Use

    Effective Date: February 25, 2026

    This Service is operated by MILO BOT (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

    These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Milo and Friends applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    1. Eligibility and Account Use

    You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

    You may create an account using email/password or supported third-party login methods (including Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

    2. Service Features

    The Service may provide AI chat, character or world creation, social or sharing features, and subscription-based features. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

    3. User Content

    You may submit content, including text, images, prompts, profile information, and other materials (“User Content”).

    You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

    You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content, your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights, and your User Content does not include unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes, infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service, access the Service through unauthorized automated means or abuse any rate limits, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law permits.

    5. AI Output Disclaimer

    The Service may generate AI-assisted output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output generated through the Service.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, branding, and related materials, are owned by MILO BOT or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

    No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

    7. Third-Party Services

    The Service may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Apple, Google, cloud service providers, analytics providers, and payment or app store systems. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

    8. Suspension and Termination

    We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the Service, or if suspension is required for security or legal reasons.

    You may stop using the Service at any time.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MILO BOT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, business, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

  • Milo and Friends Subscription Terms

    Effective Date: February 25, 2026

    This Service is operated by MILO BOT (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

    These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscription features made available through the Milo and Friends Service. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

    1. Subscription Plans

    Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, depending on platform, region, and availability.

    Plan details, prices, billing currency, and included features are shown in the app and or in the applicable store listing at the time of purchase.

    2. Billing and Payment

    Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to your store account under the store’s billing terms.

    We do not directly process your full payment card information.

    3. Auto-Renewal

    Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal charges are processed by your app store account according to applicable store policies.

    4. Manage and Cancel

    You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

    Deleting the app or deleting your account in the Service does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

    5. Restore Purchases

    Where supported, you may use the restore purchases function in the app to recover eligible subscription entitlements associated with your current store account.

    6. Refund Policy

    Refunds are subject to the policies and procedures of Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

    We do not make direct refund decisions for store purchases and cannot override app store refund outcomes.

    7. Subscription Status and Access

    Subscription benefits are available only while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, is canceled, is paused, or otherwise becomes inactive, paid features may be limited or unavailable until reactivation.

    8. Verification and Entitlement Records

    To verify subscription status and provide entitlements, we may process product identifiers, receipt or purchase token data, transaction references, expiration timestamps, and related technical metadata.

    9. Plan and Price Changes

    We may adjust plan structure, feature scope, or pricing from time to time. Any change is subject to store rules and may take effect at renewal or as otherwise permitted by the applicable store.

    10. Changes to These Subscription Terms

    We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. We will post an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of subscription features after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.

    This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Milo and Friends applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

    1.1 Information You Provide

    We may collect information you provide directly, including account information such as email address and password, third-party login data and account identifiers from providers such as Apple or Google, profile information such as display name, avatar, and optional profile settings, and content you submit through the Service, including chat messages, prompts, uploaded images, feedback, and creation-related content.

    1.2 Information Collected Automatically

    We may collect technical and usage information automatically, including device identifiers and app-related identifiers (for example device ID), app version, platform, and connection information, logs, diagnostics, and security-related metadata, and usage events related to account access, feature interactions, and service performance.

    1.3 Subscription and Purchase Verification Data

    For subscription verification and entitlement management, we may collect product identifiers and platform information, receipt or purchase token data, transaction references, verification status, expiration timestamps, and restore and transfer related metadata.

    Billing and payment processing are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not process full payment card numbers directly.

    2. How We Use Information

    We use information to provide, operate, and maintain the Service, create and manage accounts and authenticate users, provide AI chat, creation, and related service functions, verify and manage subscription entitlements, support restore and transfer of eligible subscription benefits, provide customer support and respond to user requests, detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents, monitor performance, debug issues, and improve Service quality, and comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

    3. How We Share Information

    We may share information with service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, storage, support, and security, authentication and identity providers including Apple and Google, app store and payment ecosystem partners including Apple App Store and Google Play for subscription operations, legal or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety, and counterparties in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections.

    We do not sell personal information.

    4. Data Retention

    We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain account and subscription records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and satisfy legal, accounting, or security requirements.

    Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and operational or legal needs.

    5. Data Security

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

    6. Your Rights and Choices
