This Service is operated by MILO BOT (“we”, “us”, or “our”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscription features made available through the Milo and Friends Service. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Subscription Plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, depending on platform, region, and availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Plan details, prices, billing currency, and included features are shown in the app and or in the applicable store listing at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Billing and Payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to your store account under the store’s billing terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not directly process your full payment card information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Auto-Renewal<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal charges are processed by your app store account according to applicable store policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Manage and Cancel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deleting the app or deleting your account in the Service does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Restore Purchases<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where supported, you may use the restore purchases function in the app to recover eligible subscription entitlements associated with your current store account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Refund Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds are subject to the policies and procedures of Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not make direct refund decisions for store purchases and cannot override app store refund outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Subscription Status and Access<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subscription benefits are available only while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, is canceled, is paused, or otherwise becomes inactive, paid features may be limited or unavailable until reactivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Verification and Entitlement Records<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To verify subscription status and provide entitlements, we may process product identifiers, receipt or purchase token data, transaction references, expiration timestamps, and related technical metadata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Plan and Price Changes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may adjust plan structure, feature scope, or pricing from time to time. Any change is subject to store rules and may take effect at renewal or as otherwise permitted by the applicable store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. Changes to These Subscription Terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. We will post an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of subscription features after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
